Maxions Technologies provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, and digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, Google and Meta advertising, Google Business Profile management, and related services (“Services”). Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, quote or service agreement between Maxions and the client, which takes precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party. You must not use our website to transmit harmful code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the Maxions Technologies brand — is the property of Maxions Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced for a client under a specific service agreement are governed by the ownership terms set out in that agreement.

4. Quotes, Payments and Refunds

Quotes provided for software development or digital marketing services are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised if project scope changes. Payment schedules (including deposits and milestone payments), and any refund terms, are defined individually in each client’s service agreement or invoice. Digital marketing retainers and software maintenance plans are billed on the recurring basis stated in the relevant agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our Services effectively, we rely on clients to provide timely feedback, necessary access credentials, content and approvals. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Some of our Services involve working with third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, hosting providers, or payment gateways). Maxions is not responsible for the availability, policies, or changes made by these third-party platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep client accounts and campaigns compliant with current platform policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxions Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or Services, including loss of revenue, data or business opportunity, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability in connection with any Service is limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Maxions Technologies harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of our website or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
